Pagus is born from the cuisine of southern Italy, with a proposal that unites the fresh, handmade pasta and charcoal-grilled meat.
Our kitchen has Calabrian roots. Every day we make our own pasta and cook carefully selected cuts of meat straight on the grill. Simple, home-style cooking, full of flavour, based on quality ingredients and our own recipes.
